Where does your skills architecture stand?
Five capability layers, fifteen observable evidence checks, benchmarked against the role you are targeting. The scoring is deterministic and runs in your browser: no account, no email, nothing stored.

The benchmark — the bar per layer — differs by role. Pick the one you are targeting, not the one you hold.
How this diagnostic is calculated
Each evidence check is scored 0 (no exposure) to 4 (others rely on me). A layer’s mean is compared with the target level of the chosen benchmark, then capped at that level: excelling on one layer can never mask a deficit on another. The readiness index is the weighted sum of capped levels divided by the weighted sum of targets. Priorities are ranked by gap × weight. A missing answer counts as 0.
This is a structured self-assessment, not a certification. It is useful because it is honest about its limits — and because the plan it produces points to sourced dossiers.
