Our methodology
We publish market intelligence on junior talent, industry and skills across France and Europe. What you read here should be checkable line by line — this is how we work.

Articles with verified sourcing
Read live from our editorial database and updated on every publication.
Every figure carries a named source
We do not publish a statistic without naming the institution, the report and the year it comes from. Citations are stored as structured records rather than buried in prose, so each one can be checked on its own.
Primary sources come first
OECD, Eurostat, INSEE, the European Commission, France Stratégie, company regulatory filings and annual reports take precedence over second-hand commentary. When we cite private analysis (a consultancy, bank or media outlet), we label it as such.
Fact, forecast and opinion stay separate
Published data, a market projection and our editorial view are not the same thing. Forecasts are presented as forecasts, with their author and horizon attached.
Date precision is respected
If a source only states a year, we display a year. We never invent a precise date to manufacture an impression of rigour.
Corrections are owned, not hidden
A reported error gets fixed and the article's last-reviewed date is updated in public. If you find a stale or inaccurate figure, tell us.
We publish under identified desks
CareerOn does not fabricate personal bylines or academic credentials. Articles are attributed to institutional desks whose remit is described publicly.
Who writes
Our analysis is produced by internal desks, cross-reviewed before publication.
What we do not do
- We do not publish testimonials, ratings or client results we cannot substantiate.
- We do not present an internal estimate as an official statistic.
- We do not sell editorial coverage: no article in this publication is sponsored.
